Brilliant workout space and trainers whether you’re completely new to exercise or not. Lots of different sessions to get involved in, which are regularly altered so that you have new challenges. J & J will help you become fitter, stronger and happier!

So pleased J Active have set up in Loddiswell. A great set up and fantastic atmosphere. I look forward to every session. I highly recommend J active for anybody wanting to improve their fitness, and health. Best place to go!!!

Brilliant classes inclusive to everyone! I also did 3 months of PT sessions to bring up my confidence. They were amazing. Jordan and J are full of knowledge and are always ready to help no matter what your goals! 100% recommend.
