I made a booking on the 3/04/2020 and they could not honour my booking so they cancelled and they are refusing to offer me my deposit back what a rubbish experience to have with a company that’s meant to bring an exciting experience.I will be doing a YouTube review on this company where you will see email receipts of how poorly they are treating this situation if I am not offered my refund soon.

Avoid Swift Travel!! Didn't receive what I paid for and they kept my money! Completely ruined my Birthday. I ordered a party bus for 16 passengers. The following was advertised but did not receive: party lights, mini bar, fog machine, Birthday decorations, 16 seats. 14 of us got on squashed and 2 still waiting to get on, the driver said it holds 14 passengers. I told him I requested 16 seats. Not 14. The 'party' bus was literally a transit van with 2 benches either side, not enough space for our legs so we had to put our legs on the person opposite. As I said no party lights or anything. And they had Christmas decorations instead of Birthday decorations. When I complained, the company only listened to the decoration part and I was told that shouldn't ruin my Birthday.

Don’t give them your card details before you read through their terms!!!They took a deposit first and later send me a terms and conditions which i refuse to sign and told them straight away about that, but they refused to refund my deposit.Very BAD experience:(

Thank You so much for the amazing service from start to finish.Claire made booking easy & straight forward. The communication was clear.Sean our driver was brilliant. So friendly & helpful. Showed us how to hook up to the sound system & made sure when we arrived at our destination we had everything & that he had dropped us exactly where we wanted to be. Ignore all bad reviews about Swift Travel Services!!! I booked Swift Travel for my sister's hen and the communication from Claire in the admin team was amazing from the moment we booked until the actual day arrived! Emails were answered pretty much the same day which is very unusual for a lot of companies!Our driver was absolutely brilliant, as you can imagine on a 4 hour trip to Bournemouth with a lot of alcohol we needed to use the toilet .. a lot! Our driver told us when the next service station was coming up just in case we needed to use the loo and didn't complain when we did need to stop. The driver also turned up 15 minutes early before scheduled and was happy to wait for us until we were ready to leave. The bus came with 2 complimentary bottles of fizz and you could also take your own food & drink on the bus. The karaoke machine was a lot of fun and it was nice that we could connect our own music to the bus.I would 100% use this company again and will be recommending to my friends & family!Thank you Swift Travel for kick starting my sister's hen in the right way!!

Top Class.We hire a Swift Party Bus for my 60th birday and it was brilliant, the bar had a good supply of bubbly and the driver totally knew how these things work. I cannot recommend them enough and will use again. Thank You. Roger Page

Doggy company, booked for a party and the Company cancelled on us and will not return our refund. Would not recommend to use this company they are not fair or trustworthy.

The lady was very rude on communication.Very BAD experience.Don’t give them your card details before you read through their terms!!!They said, i don’t need to agree or sign in terms and conditions, just read it!!! They have the signature and date to fill up in that document!How can i get on this bus if i disagree with terms?! They created that terms, they leave the space at the bottom to sign but customer don’t need to sign, just read!!! I will definitely raise the dispute in the bank to get my deposit back and will send there all evidence i have.That is the wrong that company dealing with a customers.

This company proved to be higher with their services of a 22 seater party bus than my expectations. The team, Claire from the office and driver Chris made my son's 21st birthday celebrations amazing. All attendees of the party said it was fantastic and would definitely use this company themselves. 5* rating definitely deserved. Thank you again.
