Helpful staff on a Saturday close to closing. Got most of what I needed, although the selection in stock for some items was limited.Plenty of parking and easy to find off the main road.Pricey for some basics so check carefully for simple items which you may be able to source elsewhere.

Actually helpful.Not your typical profiteering franchise.Obviously prices, like anywhere, are set at head office. But the guys here are genuine. Top marks.Hire point is the same. :)

Diss branch is were i get all my bathroom and kitchen supplies.Catherine on sales in the showroom has vast experience and is excellent at supplying or finding sanitary ware whether bulk buy or single item sale if something more unusual needed. All our kitchens come from here with great design service after sales care. The showroom has had a huge revamp as has the entire store where all staff are helpful and professional.i dont go anywhere else !!!

Came in for bathroom sale, guy behind counter ignored me till I smiled and said hello, he couldnt help, directed me to bathrooms, woman in there on PC ignored me for 5 min, eventually waved a paper saying she was on a course so I asked the counter guy again when I found him as nobody else in store was acknowledging me. He seemed to find it amusing. I told him I wanted to buy the advertised bathroom set, then the woman who ignored me jumped up said it was sold and told the guy off as nobody is supposed to be in there! He then left and taped the area off while I was still in there!!! I am renovating a 5 bedroom house. Jewsons loss.

I've been going here for years, and the unfortunate thing is despite having a trade account I have been horrendously ripped off by Jewsons.I ordered a small amount of guttering which came to c.£140 & queried the price. I was told this was the best rate I'd get.The next day i googled the price on Travis Perkins and without an account I could get all of the products for £90!That's 35% cheaper! I queried with Jewson's, who instantly repaid the difference.Unless i can really help it, i will not be shopping at Jewsons again. Travis Perkins is just so much cheaper for the exact same products
