What a lovely, efficient and knowledgeable man. My elderly mum had a quote of £350 for replacing malfunctioning window locks and handles. Window wizard came in and oiled said windows then refused to take any payment as he had only spent 10 minures applying some oil. My mum was absolutely delighted. I cant recommend him highly enough. Both windows work beautifully.

Lovely genuine man. Had a stiff window lock and window wizard came and oiled it and it's fine. He said a new lock would have cost £70.

James fixed damaged window hinges and did a great job. Arrived promptly for both the initial visit to quote and for the job itself .. paid exactly what was quoted. He even went 'over and above' on the day to help with a sticky patio door ... excellent job and would thoroughly recommend

At the office, we had a large window that was needed to be repaired ASAP as we were unable to close it. Would definitely recommend James. We had 5 window locks/handles that no longer worked. James came when he said he would to quote and then do the repairs. His charges were very reasonable and all fixed without any problem. Will definitely use James again if any other problems arise.
