Excellent customer service. 2 years after fitting our electric blinds one of them went on the blink. Alan kindly came to take a look and managed to fix the problem. Alan has been there every step of the way, from choosing curtains and blinds to fitting and fixing. The service he provides is faultless, and I am so happy with the blinds and curtains purchased from Playstows. Highly recommended.

We had large triangular gable end window in our bedroom which needed black out blinds. We tried a number of suppliers none of whom could supply a solution except at an impossible cost. After a site visit Alan was able to come up with a solution and fitted a superb set of blinds which met our needs exactly at a reasonable price. The work was meticulously carried out and we are very pleased with the results. No hesitation in recommending Playstow and Alan.
