Browns Bride is the most stunning bridal boutique with incredible gowns and even better staff. Angie is a wedding dress wizard, she knew exactly what dress would be the one be looking at me. I never imagined finding my dress could be this easy and magical.

Browns was my first bridal appointment, I was very nervous as I am not a standard sample wedding dress size. From start to finish, Angie made us all feel so welcome and relaxed. My family and i had lunch after and gushed about how wonderful she was! She also knew what would suit my figure, she has a great eye when it comes to wedding dresses, its no surprise as she has worked in the industry so long! Would definitely recommend a bridal appointment with Angie.

Huwaida was so wonderful and made the experience one that I will always remember. She was calm, patient, and so helpful throughout the whole process. I really trusted her opinion and felt very looked after. My friends and I had a great time, and I did not feel overwhelmed or rushed at any point. Thank you Huwaida :)

Browns bride is really a very bare boned bridal shop. There is plenty of choice without it being too many options. There is an atelier on site and she is great with answering any questions. We had the pleasure of having Agnes as our bridal dress consultant. She was very patient and she made sure that we did not rush into purchasing a dress. We had gone to all of the best bridal boutiques but settled on a Galia Lahav during a trunk show.

Browns is a small, luxury, high price-point bridal boutique in London - but I was really underwhelmed. They charge a premium compared to most boutiques for a try-on appointment (£50), yet the quality and customer experience is well below the market standard. The member of the team helping me was lovely, but brides-to-be get extremely limited space and privacy during the appointments, as Browns have put a divider up in the bridal dressing area so that they can squeeze in two appointments at once. As a result, I was trying on dresses in a very narrow area, with less than 2 feet of space in front of the mirror to see the dress. This made it almost impossible to see and enjoy the experience. It was also noisy because of the other appointment happening at the same time. I couldn’t imagine making such an important purchase on this basis.It was also really disappointing to us that on arrival we were offered no drinks (no prosecco or champagne, which is customary at Bridal fittings). This is the first place I’ve ever been to that didn’t even offer that to us.

I visited Browns Bride today and I wanted to thank Lauren for making my first experience of trying on a wedding dress such a great one. As soon as I entered the store I felt at ease and relaxed. Lauren was incredible. She was so lovely, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was clear she loves her job and her passion shines through. We had a great time at Browns brides and cannot thank her enough for a very memorable experience. She also helped me pick out a truly stunning dress. Thank you so much!

I bought my wedding dress from Brown's bride in 2023. Everything went as expected with my order and I did not have any issues. Agnes has been so helpful during our appointments, she provided me with recommendations based on what I was looking for and her honest opinion on the dresses. She was very patient while I tried on probably 10 dresses in total, but above all she was very friendly and pleasant. Once the dress arrived (very quickly and even earlier than expected), Katie was responsible for the alterations process. In addition to the usual alternations to make the dress exactly my size, I also asked her to create some off the shoulder sleeves for my dress that would be removable and re-attachable, which turned out amazing and looked like they were part of the original dress. Katie was also very pleasant and provided her own ideas based on her experience for the alternations. I was very pleased with the final result! The dress was amazing and I received so many good comments on the day of the wedding. Thank you Browns Bride team!

Can’t recommend Browns Bride enough. The service i received was outstanding! The whole team are incredibly friendly and patient, there was no pressure and I felt so comfortable with the team that I went by myself to choose my evening dress. Agnese was the perfect advisor for me, she was so honest and totally understood my style and what I was looking for. Thank you again

Where do I start? Called up and booked my appointment in February for end of May. Paid a fee as it was a Saturday appointment and heard nothing from them. I called up a few days before my visit to confirm the number of guests I was able to bring with me and they told me they didn’t have a booking for me. I confirmed I had made the payment so they squeezed me in and asked me to bring my proof of payment when I came. We had travelled into london for a lovely day and trying to find the perfect wedding dress. I had an appointment at another designer earlier in the morning then made our way to browns for afternoon. We was not made to feel welcome at all, no refreshments offered on a nice sunny day and the receptionist whispering behind the counter. Was then shown to where we would be trying on dresses and picked out some dresses to try on. Went into the changing room and the last who was helping me put the dress on got called out by her colleague and left saying you know what to do!! She returned to do my dress up but did not do the up the corset only the zip. She kept leaving my whilst trying on dresses in the changing room and every Dress or veil tried on was instantly out away after trying on, had to ask to retry a dress on! I have been to 5 bridal shops and this was by far the worst! For the prices of the dresses there is no customer service to made you want to purchase a dress from there. It should be a very special day trying on wedding dresses and it certainly did not feel like it in this shop. Never felt so rushed. AVOID!
