Kamesh and Kyle recently replaced a boiler and all the radiators in my house. I totally agree with other reviewers. They have done a fantastic job. They are both very knowledgeable and will give you good advice without being forceful. Very punctual and very clean. I would thoroughly recommend Britannic Heating. I am especially extremely happy that Kamesh resolved a boiler to pump communication issue. As a result, the system runs very smoothly. Whilst carrying out the work, they also found a gas leak which they fixed. Give them a go. You will not be disappointed Thanks guys.

Kamesh responded to my request to an annual gas boiler service. He came across as courteous and a true professional. Arrived in time, undertook the task with due care and within an interval of an hour Completed the necessary checks - boiler, exit-flue for the exhaust gases and gas meter etc. The work area was also left in a clean and tidy manner. I felt reassured that this was a job well-done (fit for purpose) and at a very competitive price. It was the first-time I called 'Britannic Heating' as my previous maintenance person (engineer) has retired. I feel very confident that I can rely on this provider for high quality service in coming years.

Hi first time a met kam he is gentlemen friendly and very polite spent a good time on my boiler fixed it with no problem he is reliable keeps you informed and he also set my timer for me when he will visit and very reasonably priced

When our 15 year old boiler started to leak, I was advised to contact Worcester direct and request quote for a one off repair. They were able to give me a quote, however went toSuggest that I contact a few local engineers.I was given the contact number for Britannic Heating, I rang and spoke to Kamesh. He suggested a diagnostic visit and came round on the same day. He reassured me that the leak can be fixed, however he was honest from the outset that given the age of the boiler he may encounter other issues.He discussed all my options and emailed me the details of different levels of service.Once the work commenced he did encounter several issues. Despite this he remained very calm & professional and above all positive ☺️He eventually managed to fix the boiler thanks to his perseverance.Thank you so much Kamesh, appreciate all your hard work and dedication.
