Physically saw a staff member bite open a packet of the Mcflurry mix. I told the manager who clearly hasn't a clue and he was very rude and didnt actually seem yo care. Smug attitude. Avoid this place as we don't know what she was breathing on that. It is disgusting and they have no food huge knowledge

Not a good visit. Ordered on the screen. No receipt. Called for assistance. He sorted me but didn't sort the paper so the next customer will have the same issue.Ordered the averted crispy" double chicken. It was soggy with nothing crispy about it.Also

As a restaurant that works with delivery companies, you would think the staff would check the orders. If an rider isn't picked up from a rider for over an hour, then why leave it sitting to go cold? Why not see that the food has been spoilt and left out too long and remake the order fresh? I'm sure there's food safety to think about when you're giving out spoiled left out food. Just a thought. I wonder if those employees enjoy cold burgers and unable stale cold fries?

This is in the Crawley leisure park .... it is usually very busy as it’s one of the economical option in leisure park centre .... the wait time is ok considering a very busy place like usually McDonalds is ... the service is ok ... you have booking screens available in this McDonald’s to quicken your ordering process ... overall good

Just ordered from them. I asked no onion no pickles no kustarde on a quarter pound... and they brought wrong. I kidnly asked by guving a call to please send the one correctly she needs to eat. I wa stold they cant. They only can give the number for refund and to tell the person who did to make it better in future. I said ok great to messurmeent in future .... but what is happening now with child not eating? I cannot commute now to get food... they said they cannot solved. I talked with manager Dan. Apology but a massive company like this cannot solve their customers issue when there is dozens of drivers around doing delivery. The option is order agaun woth double delivery fee. Ridiculous!

Ordered a mcflurry saw a crew member put it on the stand behind but waited 20 minutes for it, my number had disappeared off the screen and then it was only a half one,machine had run out,staff were useless on time management. I got a free apple pie as compensation but I wouldn't Go there.

terrible experience I just wanted a big mac chicken and even with a chicken mc sandwich it tasted off and cold I was willing to overlook it but this is a joke how u can mess up 2 sandwiches.Makes me sad as normally the mcdonalds are good but I wasted my money.Everything else was cold too.Don't waste your money on delivery goto town instead.

Absolutely shocking delivery service via Deliveroo, drinks order completely wrong and missing, cold food, no cutlery, napkins or sauces as requested. If you have a chap named Shah delivering to you definitely check your order before he leaves.
