Auntie Anne's

Used to be a fan of their pretzels until today’s experience in Uxbridge shop 20th May 2022 at around 2pm . I initially wanted vanilla nuggets- but there were only cinnamon left. The workers insisted that I should take the vanilla stix instead. When I said I wanted to wait 5 mins for them to make new vanilla nuggets, they pressured me to have the vanilla stix, saying they taste the same. I gave in involuntarily as they insisted. The stix were so bad- they clearly have been sitting out for a long time. They were so hard and over chewy- worst pretzel I have had from Auntie Anne’s. Extremely disappointed. Threw the whole cup away.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went to pick up a too good to go bag but was told they have nothing- usually shops cancel the order if this is the case. Lady tells me the money hasn’t left my account when I have been charged already, I explained I’ve already made the journey so want the bag, she tells me come back in half an hour but the collection finishes then? I came back a little earlier it was ready but when I went to eat it 2/3 of the pretzels were so hard I had to bin it, I don’t know why I was told come back when they have old over cooked pretzels anyway? Never buy from here whether you pay normally or get a bag, staff were rude and the food is horrible

I was disgusted at the service from one of the two staff at the chimes uxbridge stall. I had ordered a home to go box to pick up between 12 and 3pm, which I went to collect half an hour prior to expiring and was told by this particular staff that I had to come back in an hour to pick it up. I went back after 40 minutes and the same person told me there were none left for today. Firstly, I actually had to stick around for an hour just to hear there were none left, she could have told me that before as i was on my way home when i initially went to the stall. Secondly she was so rude when I was telling her the money had been taken out of my account, she just would not listen to what I was trying to tell her. Her attitude was absolutely disgraceful and has put me off ever visiting this stall. I will be passing this experience to all my family and friends as I have never had this kind of experience from any other shop. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!

Great tasting food. I am surprised that they have a free pretzel for all new sign up customers on their app. Love this place and so does my other half. Their cinnamon flavour pretzel is the one to go for but do make sure that you take some napkins as the sugar and cinnamon can go everywhere. Luckily the staff know this and offer you napkins with your purchase. Very nice place highly recommend.

I just order 2 cheese Jumbo Pretzel Dogs, and I mentioned that I want both fresh, not the one from the glance. I was told that will take around 10 minuts, I paid and I waited.When I went to collect my order, they gave me the Jumbo Dog what I said already that I don't wanted!!! I told them that I want the fresh ones which I order, but nothing! (And they made 3 fresh)!!! I didn't want to make a scene because I was with my son, but was last time when I'm buying something from them!

Terrible. The lady who served me today May 25 2022 3:30 was very unwelcoming. Treated me unfairly and raised her voice. She has asked me to come back in the store for 2 hours in total. I feel very terrible. I have loved auntie ann but now I wont come back if there servers are like her!

Ordered a cheese Pretzel asked it was fresh. What a joke! Hard and like rubber! Will not be visiting again.

This is my go to place for cinnamon nuggets. I just love this place for the nuggets. I can have the nuggets all day long .

Brought a cinnamon pretzel today, although warm it had clearly been sitting their a while. When I took a bite it was super hard and chewy…avoid! I would have taken it back if I was near by.Why not just make them fresh? not sure what I’m paying for, it went straight in the bin. I’m definitely never buying from their again.
