PodPoint Charging Station

As a wheelchair user, with an EV, I was unable to use the charger due to the serious lack of space. Thankfully my wife was with me and she managed to squeeze the car in and connect to the charger. You've squeezed 12 charging points in, without a moments thought to who will be using them. I'm not impressed...

What bright spark thought it'd be a good idea to put an app-activated charger in an underground car park with no signal...? Had to go upstairs to download the app. Then downstairs to activate it (which didn't work so had to take plug out and plug in again). Only to find later it had stopped charging for no reason and only gained me 2% of charge. Pointless and unreliable system. Car charging has evolved since these outdated pods and Gunwharf Quays need to replace them ASAP.
