Nurture Antenatal Education

Nurture Antenatal was a great experience for me and my husband. It gave us lots of useful information, a chance to connect with other parents to be, and lots of opportunity to ask questions. Charlotte is very knowledgeable, warm and caring and made the experience fun. Their standalone breastfeeding workshop is very helpful too and we're planning to attend the infant first aid. It helps you feel a lot more prepared for your first baby.

Highly recommend Nurture if you’re looking for an Antenatal class. Hannah was so lovely and full of knowledge. Was great to meet other expecting parents too!

My partner and I recently finished the antenatal course with Nurture and we found it an invaluable experience.Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, making new and complex topics feel easy to understand, whilst also fostering a welcoming, fun, and inclusive class environment.We covered everything from the stages of labour and delivery options to breastfeeding, and even postpartum care. The curriculum felt comprehensive whilst being enjoyable and we looked forward to the sessions each week.The course workbook was also extremely helpful; detailed enough so you don't feel like you must be taking notes the whole time, you can concentrate fully and enjoy the class!One aspect we particularly appreciated was the emphasis on evidence-based practices and informed decision-making. Inclusion of a social was also really welcomed and a great way to get to know the other couples a bit better.As a result of the classes, we are feeling so much more empowered and prepared for the birth and early postnatal period.Would highly recommend for any first-time parents!

Excellent classes, would recommend. The classes were small so you got to know other people. Charlotte was really kind with her time and answered any questions we had. There was so much useful and practical information, I felt empowered after each session. And lots of great signposting to other resources. Course material was excellent.
