The food is just say warm... The place is always got food on the floor..some Tables have left over food and rubbish on. Every time we go we have to use a wet wipe to clean the table.. They need to do more cleaning Be more polite and happy..

Got a bucket meal for one last night....that will be the last KFC visit for me. The chicken portions were unrecognisable, looked like roadkill, food was obviously fried and refried numerous times, it was burnt and all bone no meat...I discovered this when I got it home, had I been in-store I would have taken it back....you need to improve greatly

Disappointing experience at this branch tonight for a few reasons.The staff on duty just didn’t seem to care about the customer and the service level from them reflected this compared to other branches.I’m not sure if it is the management on duty causing the internal atmosphere but the staff all looked miserable and could do with a smile once in a while.It seems KFC have gone down the route of Uber eats etc getting priority over people who have taken time out to visit the branch to order food and have the KFC experience.One thing the wait for the food does is allow you to observe what’s going on with the staff behind the counter. Here goes….KFC, your staff are giving away your food to their friends for FREE!! That’s right, FREE.The female staff member didn’t even try to hide it from the customers waiting for their food.Lastly, and I factor in that it is Saturday night, we had to ask for a table to be cleaned as all tables in the branch had food on their surfaces from your previous customers.The food as always is spot on so that’s a redeeming factor in my star rating otherwise it would be 1 star for this visit.

With the price going up, should not mean the portions appear to get smaller as well. Classic chicken with lack of chicken these days. Idea was value, unfortunately not the case. Would recommend going inside to order as well, so you can actually read what is on offer.

Yet another disappointment, think it will get better but never does. Staff don't care , they look like they are all in Dreamland ! Drove through and missing items AGAIN , mighty bucket for one !! Might well 2 drumsticks, no strips , 2 wings all over cooked plus a burger was missing . Rang them and gave a code that's it !!! Never ever again . They need to sort this place out coz I'm not the only one that has complained about this so called KFC

Regular customer about once or twice a month...recent visit however could be my last. They don't take card payment at manned till...you start selecting food on self serve screens and wonder why you're paying what they're asking when you're doing it yourself. Sheer corporate greed has found its way to this and I suspect other KFCs. £11 for a chicken salad with fries...box meals £10...dips extra. Personally I feel for what you're getting it's not worth it. Also minimum wage goes up in April so it'll be even more. Plenty other places doing deals 2 for £11 etc.

This is what I got from here today the rotten dried hot wings , very bad , please close down if you can't respect customer money. We are coming here it's an American brand and expecting that it treat customers with decent foods .. very bad please don't do this to anyone . I order it as my dinner , your staffs must understand and learn some manners and respect . Don't mess up someone's dinner , don't do this to anyone . This is only I can get for 3.50 that's why I came here . It was better I didn't come, I just lost my money

KFC Gateshead - Riverside Way
Drive through service is terrible.Wrong order , impolite service, staff seamed super stressed.Had to reverse car back to drive through window to get my order right then left sitting there trying to get attention of the staff.We certainly won’t be returning as a family customer.Money spent better elsewhere.
