Booking on your website was dead easy. I could not have asked for a better service from the staff who handled my tyre replacements. They were welcoming, courteous, kind and helpful to a degree that has become rare - such nice people working at the Uckfield centre! My appointment was scheduled online; it was kept by your team; a precise time for completion was given and kept. And the staff member who had fitted the replacements went the extra mile with finishing touches.

The gentleman I dealt with was incredibly helpful, polite and welcoming both at drop off and at pick up. I would say he is a real asset to the business and not typical of someone working in such a large business as yours. Very fortunate to have him as part of your team.

Amazing service. Turned up unannounced with a puncture en route to Brighton. Despite being short staffed, they put the spare wheel on and wouldn’t even take any payment. Big thanks. Highly recommended

Simon was a legend I normally use my own personal agricultural tyre company but I thought I’d change things up and go to Kwik Fit and was I surprised I paid 200 less than I was quoted from competitors so very pleased with the price along with the top class team at Uckfiled. 5 stars chaps. quick efficient and a pleasure

After a hard month of not having my car after it broke down. I missed my MOT in the end. Managed to get myself booked in for a same day MOT. The guy that did it (sorry missed his name) was brilliant and second to none. Explained to me the advisories. For me he went above and beyond. Just sorry I missed his name. Thank you again!

Been twice for MOTs and no problems either time. They certainly come across as an honest and trustworthy garage which isn't the case everywhere. Really quick even when extra work needs doing. Reasonable prices as well, plus friendly customer service.

The nember if staff that i saw when i came to Kwik fit was extremley helpful and kind and booked me in for an app 24hrs later and my punctuture was expertly fixed with no probs. I did not get us name but would have no hesitation in returning and would reccommend and pass onto others the service i recieved.Well Done

I went for an MOT. I found the experience more than met my expectations.I was received courteously, the MOT was conducted very quickly and I was given a full report of its findings.Minor repairs to a windscreen wiper were required which were done on site.Altogether, a very pleasant experience.

Simon was brilliant ,as was the fitter whose nameI failed to note. Professional and speedy.. I was approx 260 miles from home. They even made my dog at home.
