Need some nicer helpful staff, ginger monger lass on till miserable with an attitude problem, stop chucking change in people's hands like your worried about touching people because believe me it's the customers who should be worried about touching you, you work at home bargains for goodness sake . Lol that is all.

As always the staff were polite, helpful, efficient, approachable and cheerful. It's good to find cheerful people in the covid-19 circumstances. A pleasant experience all round.

I would like to thank the staff at the Woolmarket store for there help on Friday when I cut my finger on a envelope in my bag as I was coming out of checkout. The lady-was lovely and helpful cleaning me up and the counter . Also the lady who came and put numerous plasters on eventually it did stop bleeding . Thank you for your care and help, it has healed now, paper cuts are the worst..

Think I have an Home Bargains addiction, it is my go to place for essentials such as milk and bread. But no matter what I do I just can't seem to get what I go in for and end up spending 20 quid everytime. Staff are very polite and always happy to make small talk with you. Love the place, love the constant new addition of items - even if it does cost me an arm and a leg. Wide selection of things available very rarely lets me down.

Quite busy instore today but all shelves seemed to be adequately stocked by friendly, polite, helpful staff. As usual in Home Bargains more tills were opened as required if queues built up. Other retailers should take note and follow HB's example on customer services & do the same. I'm sure it's not just myself that has wasted many hours over the years at various retailers queueing up (along with many other customers)at a one solitary till while many staff members appear to be hanging around, doing nothing & twidling their thumbs.

Well I would like to say that this place is a nice place to go to and the staff are all friendly but not all it seems that if you have fallen out with someone that they don't leave there personal problems at home with the looks you get and that is not professional at all I have worked in shops and yes maybe it is hard to have to be nice to put a nice face on and even help a customer but you have to do it whilst you are in the shop your place of work leave it outside

Would love to thank the member of staff in homebargins in pontefract, she was so helpful. My little one was getting fussy, needing a bottle of milk. Without thought she pulled a chair out of the back so her auntie could feed her a bottle. It meant so much, when she hungry, she shouts till she get her food (like me). Thank you so much, this small ack of kindness made my day. Simple things like this help new mothers out so much, especially with how overwhelming it can all be in first few weeks.
