Exemplary service from Carol and the team at Happy Biking. I had a puncture in the morning that was fixed for me on the same day by lunchtime. Quick turnaround and reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others!

My mountain bike needed a new chain and service. My daughters bike needed a brake repair. Got in touch with Carol at Happy Biking. Customer service was first class. Answered my messages immediately. Took bikes instantly, and had them both ready for pick up within a couple of days, really brilliant service. When I went to pick the bikes up with my two kids, they even got to meet Carol's pet sheep that lives in her back garden, which they were delighted with. Great job, thanks Carol.

Fixed my puncture and provided me with an old but suitable tyre to tide me along till i got back home after i ruined my own tyre. Customer Service was excellent and couldnt argue with the price. Would use again if im ever in trouble nearby again.
