We went to another national paint centre in Stratford to be met with absolutely awful customer service.I saw the Banbury branch of Crown stocked the specialist paint we required, so decided to make the 55 minute journey. And thank goodness we did!We were met by Becci (who usually works at the Wakefield branch) who was a font of knowledge, nothing was too much trouble. Becci epitomises customer service and was the reason we made the 2 hour round trip the next day to make our purchases. We will be back and only hope that Becci will be there again. She is an absolute asset to the brand.

Vicky spent all the time I needed discussing all different options with me when I popped in on a Sunday morning. She was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Nothing was too much bother. As a local business, we would definitely recommend!
