I completed a course recently at LIA and the whole team were fantastic! I learnt so much! Rasha my tutor was just brilliant! and very knowledgeable she always made sure I was happy and understood what we were learning.Deborah the training manager went above and beyond to support me too.thank you so much to you both.

I enjoyed my courses and the contents were exceptionally well delivered. My tutor Rasha gave excellent training tips and guidance. From the very start to the very end! Very calm, friendly and professional atmosphere ... . I feel I now have a support network as I progress into the world of aesthetics

The worse training and costumer service experience ever! I had my training there in April and had a massive headache to get my certificates, toke over 4 months!The course it self wasn't impressive. Rasha is always busy with some other responsibility in the clinic, constant checking her phone during class, very impatience with students and never started the class on time. I was advised to be there at 9:45 for my first day, for assessment (that never happened), and my class that should started at 10, only started at 10:25, because she was solving a problem with another student, while we just set in the room and waited. The next day, the course just started at 10:15, no explanation, and some days, it finished before the time as well. On my second course with Cristina, she was great, very friendly and helpful! However the institute shouldn't had go ahead with my course because there was only me in the class and we couldn't had models from outside because of Covid, so my practical was obviously compromised.Regards my complaints about the certificates, the answers where always: no

I recently completed my Epilation Course. I would like to take the time to say Renata, my tutor was absolutely amazing! She is such a great teacher and I enjoyed every minute of her classes! She was patient, kind, welcoming and took her time to ensure I understood. Amazing training provided by her. Will recommend this place 100 times over as it's my second time in Chelsford and everything seems running smoothly and professional. Definitely I will be back to do more courses in the future!!

I have to share the most wonderful experience I had with Chelsford institute I completed a level 2/3/4 beauty and laser therapy course with Anali as my teacher and guide. Where do I begin firstly her method of teaching was interactive, thorough practical / theory was organised so well for us. She planned the day so well that you knew by the end of class you have understood and felt confident and comfortable with the subject. Even with any extra questions she was so kind to give any extra time off hours to respond and help me and put me back on track. The morning we came in she had made previously tailored for us extra information sheets for each topic which were extremely helpful and which I still use now she put in soo much effort, care, patience and love into each and every class, she gave me an experience with learning that I will never forget and would recommend the whole world to come. Thank you soo much ! Anali & chelsford institute for making me ready to now excitingly move forward to my next part of the journey

I am currently taking Beauty Level 3 course. I am very happy with the whole set up. Very friendly and supportive environment. Rasha is my instructor. Her method of teaching is very thorough. She encourages me to do my best. I am very happy to have her as my teacher. Thank you Rasha for making it easy to learn.

I had the most amazing experience with the school! I looked a lot for a good school and I am so glad I found this! My assessor was Renata Elias, the best trainer I could ask for! She was so patient, kind, helpful, intelligent, so professional and always there for anything I needed! She gave me excellent training and guidance during levels 2 and 3, and I am so looking forward to level 4!! Can't wait! What an amazing experience to have completed my fast track courses in Level 2/3/4 in Beauty Therapy with Laser, Lights & IPL at Chelsford Institute. It is always very daunting to commit to a course with a very young baby at home however this was made so easy by Chelsford. I had the pleasure of Anali teaching me, she is an absolutely amazing teacher with a wealth of knowledge, open to any questions and explains things thoroughly. She is patient and really helpful. Each class was well planned and I felt really confident as the course went on. Huge thank you to Chelsford Institute (Sara) and Anali for making me feel so comfortable and I am so excited for what is to come.

Sulu is the best trainer for Level 4 laser & IPL hair removal ! He put great efforts into teaching and make sure that the students learn every thing they need, ready for the job!Highly recommend
