I phoned the shop in the morning to see if they would buy my broken phone. I explained to the man on the phone what was wrong with it and he said it was no problem and to bring it in. I then spend my only afternoon off clearing and restoring the phone only to drive to the shop with my three year old to be told they wouldn’t buy it because it wasn’t worth it to them.When I explained I had already spoken to someone they said the person who answers the phones is just customer service and doesn’t actually have any knowledge about phones. They then said ‘we can insult you and offer you twenty quid if you want’Absolutely gutted I wasted my only afternoon off and am still stuck with a broken phone as I was hoping to also buy a refurbished one there.

My partner got their screen fixed. Dropped it off Friday and collected first thing Saturday. Screen looks good and the staff were nice (Simon and Kelcie)

Took phone into booth, and the staff said the phone will need a new power outlet, but maybe able to repair for half the cost. Phone was ready to collect within two hours and the cheaper repair was done. Very pleased with service and staff dealing. All in all a very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend. Bob. Essex

Excellent service, advised repair would take 1-2hrs and was done in less than an hr. Staff were very helpful and explained everything before I agreed to any repair. And answered all my additional questions and concerns I had.Will absolutely use again if needed and will highly recommend to any family or friends.
