Terrible fitting poor quality and strings keep coming out. Also had to lend fitter tools to put the blind up !!

From measuring to delivery and fitting,excellant service.Everyone i dealt with were very professional.Good job!

Wouldn't buy them again can't wash them marks don't sponge off poor quality

I would not recommend this blind company at all. Getting the blinds fitted was fine. Once they broke and again this was perfect they sent someone to get the living room bay window fixed. Then a few months later in March-April 2023 we had another of our living room window blinds stop working as in you cannot get it to open at all. I asked them to send someone twice and they said they would then they said to send an email. I was told now it’s out of warranty to which I said I would be happy to pay for it to be fixed and they said to send an email which I did, thus far, no response to the email. I even enclosed images. No response and we are in July. I have sent another email today. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I literally have no option other than updating all perspectives client and customers to find another company than has a better warranty policy and overall better track record for valued customer service. The frustrating thing is I even recommend this company to friends and family and regret that I did now. Hope this helps you make a better choice.

Absolutely atrocious timekeeping and communication. I booked the blind fitter in between 12-3 pm to take measurements. I waited 3 hours on a Saturday and decided to leave the house after he didnt turn up. Coming home I discovered a note on the floor - he turned up after 3pm. I rang the shop, the receptionist said well you should have rang up and we would have told what time he was due to come! I booked the same slot the following week, and also to called the shop several times to find out where he was, the shop could not help, only stating he will turn up. After he failed to arrive by 3pm, I rang in again. The woman said he will be there by 4pm. I waited till 4pm and then decided to leave, as I had errands things to do. He arrived at 4.01 PM and didnt even offer an apology! He took measurements and said he was in charge of scheduling the fittings and he could squeeze me in the following Saturday. I asked what time?, to which he replied, dont worry about time

Terrible company 2 weeks late after fitting time still no blinds

Couldn’t fault this company at all , friendly polite staff that greets you with courtesy.From ordering to fitting I had excellent service. Unfortunately one of my cords was wearing thin and fraying.I phoned the company up and was told to bring it up to the factory in Seaham which we did ,On arriving we were met by lovely polite reception staff who couldn’t do enough for us .they said it would need re threading and to leave it with them,One day later had a phone call to say to pick the blind up all done ,,Wow wasn’t expecting that thought it would be at least a few weeks . So thank you again to all the staff of home fair blinds .can’t recommend them enoughMrs Carol Owen

Terrible fitting! Strings keep coming out! They've been out 3 times now to replace them & I'm still having the same problem! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
