Been using Webb’s for approx 10 years now for every occasion and they’ve not once let us down. Thank you for always creating beautiful arrangements for my mums birthday each year. They were gratefully received. Would highly recommend.

Disappointing service. I popped into the shop to buy flowers for my friend's Birthday. The lady was insisting to sell me the ones already prepared that were not to my taste at all. When asked to make a nice red, white and pink bouquet, she gave me an unfriendly look and also ignored me when asked for a red wrapping paper, going for the yellow she preferred. Not to mention that the bouquet put together had loose flowers that I had to re- arrange to ensure it looks decent. Appalling SERVICE!! My husband had similar experience a couple of years ago on this shop, but he hoped it was only a one off, a bad day.Never again!!!

A Webb & Son provided the flowers for my Dads funeral in August,and my Mum's funeral in November.The flowers were Beautiful, and the staff were so caring ,when we were arranging what was needed.

Ordered some flowers for a funeral for my auntie. Went in with something different and a picture to work with and the result was amazing. I wanted a Henry hoover and it looked amazing. Had so many nice comments and the detail to it was great. Great flowers and great service. Recommend to all!

Went to order flowers for my mums funeral,and considering the season,there was a good selection.Helped by Helen, chose beauties,all made into a beautiful wreath,delivered the next morning,stunning! Reasonable cost for what seemed a huge selection.Staff very friendly.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the stunning woodland spray you made for Mum's funeral. They were exactly as we described and she would have loved them!Thank you also for accommodating our requests to add the butterflies we made and also the tulips from her garden. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were. Excellent customer service.I would highly recommend Webbs, whatever the occasion.

I phoned because I wanted flowers sent to my sister-in-law to cheer her up as she was not feeling well. Flower were delivered and they looked absolutely stunning. Delivery guy made her laugh and asked if she was feeling better. Good Old Fashioned Service. Thank You all so much. You are my go to florist from now on.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. The man that made the bouquet of flowers was very nice and helpful, but this one lady with brown hair was honestly the most rudest person I have ever come across. We had a budget of £30 and were not happy with a positioning of an empty bark in the middle of the bouquets, which seemed like such an odd place to put them and we wanted a flower in the middle instead, as this bouquet was a graduation gift. The lady aggressively took the bouquets, was very patronising and tried to rearrange it but had such an attitude with us, and also broke one of the flowers. Safe to say I won’t ever be coming back again. Doesn’t hurt to be nice to customers especially if you want them to return!!

I have always used Webb's, they have recently done flowers for my mum's funeral and we're stunning, truly beautiful, the service I received was first class, very emphatic and not rushed, would highly recommend for any occasion
