Didn't despatch my order as promisedWas advised by their website, if I placed an order before 12pm my order would be despatched that day.So I ordered an item, happy that it would arrive in time for a friend's present.Later that day I was concerned I had not received any tracking information l, so I phoned sales dept.They told me it hadn't been despatched because the warehouse were busy!!What annoys me is any sensible customer focussed company would have taken steps to courier this to me given their fault.No chance, they simply were not interested!So congratulations, you got my first order and last order, all in one!
