Booked for a move from Birmingham to Oxford. Didn't turn up, and when I called gave 3 different excuses for being late before saying he couldn't make it at all. Had to pay same day price for another company and a late leaving fee for my house. Not great service at all.

Used for a small move within Oxford. The owner was very responsive, gave a very reasonable quote, and was very helpful on the day of the move (he was very quick to help and didn't shirk from grabbing the heavier items, made sure everything was well-situated in the truck before driving). Would recommend.

I needed my possessions moved from my previous accommodation to a new apartment while I was abroad. Mr Van Man took care of the packing, placement in storage, and delivery to my new accommodation. Everything was handled with care and arrived promptly! No complaints from me, and I very much appreciated both the value-for-money and the professionalism! Will definitely use again!
