Booked a chimney sweep and check about 3 weeks ago. I texted the day before to check all still okay to turn up - I received no reply. He didn't turn up on the day. tried to call since and no reply. So poor, and now put me back about 4 weeks trying to get the job sorted.

We booked Flue Check in to come in October. They asked to reschedule for the end of November, we agreed.The date came & nobody turned up. Only after following up on the day, we were told they had a gas leak on another job to deal with. 11 days later, and we have had zero contact from them.Not a professional way to deal with a customer - you can easily update and keep people informed in this day and age.

Had a bird stuck in the chimney... Tony came round the next day, did an excellent job and left the room cleaner than when he started! Also added a cowl to the chimney pot. Very knowledge, hard working and professional. Highly recommended.
