it was very bad experience my side with this garage. it was charged £550 to fix my car and told me change fuel filter and repair the fuel pump but it did not fix it and contact with again the boss Ali. he did not listen and make another excuse. please never go there. I had use this garage before no issue but now totally rubbish.

One of the worst garage I have seen in my life, I went Monday morning, Ali who is the owner I think, is worst guy on the planet, he is a D,,k head. Too much waiting time, I waited the whole day and 5:30 pm bring my car back without even checking, and they will ask to leave the car for days. Which is not possible for people who are working and travelling every day.There are too many garage in coventry and cheap aswell, I took it next day to other garage in same area and it took only 30 mins and is perfect now.I will never go to this garage again, and will suggest others to avoid them.

Very poor service booked car for ball joints replacement. Cowboy job didn't have proper tools to take out lower ball joints, had my car for over 8 hours, and when came to replacing seal copper for injector sorry we don't touch it. Yet they are happy to replace other parts and charge me. Wasted over day running around. Will only take cash and won't issue receipts

One of the best auto mobile mechanics you can think of. Staffs are polite, patients and compassionate with dealing with customers. I was quoted more for a non starter vehicle in other garage but they were able to fix this for more than half the price. I highly recommend B & A autos for anyone who needs an effective, efficient and time conscious mechanic. Services was top notch, and they are honest in what they can do and what they cannot do.

Took my passat with a starting problem,stuck bonnet and faulty a/c.I went to three other shops just to open the bonnet no other shops even took a look at it. B&A autos took my car in even on a busy day opened the bonnet within 5 mins and the starting and a/c fault was found and cleared in just 2 days.I would recommend them for any car service they are the best my car now starts and drives smoother and the a/c blows ice cold.Thank you B&A
