My partner purchased two carsHad a problem with one of them (I haven’t much knowledge when it comes to cars) but it was a problem that wouldn’t had shown up during a mot so no fault of theirs…. but they have took the car back and are fixing itaccommodating us with a courtesy car whilst we wait.Very professional and welcoming

Purchased a Citroen Berlingo from Drumgray Vehicles.Paid a small deposit to hold vehicle. Went to see it and met by Daniel who advised me that the release of vehicle would take about a week and until they were happy that the vehicle could be sold.The guy went all out to get it ready for me a few days early.I called the day before I picked it up and was told they wouldn't release the vehicle until it was put through another MOT, It failed that day and was repaired and serviced the same day and ready for me to pick up the next day. John the salesman went through the sale explaining everything even right down to how many mm of tread on tyres.The vehicle was immaculate inside and out and we parted with the usual handshake.More than happy with my purchase. Now ' Here's the thing, 2 days after the purchase I was driving the vehicle and felt a shudder changing from gear to gear and the vehicle being under a 30 days warranty I called to report my finding' I spoke to Martin, And he himself was very concerned , He himself thought it sounded like the clutch' He was right it was the clutch' He gave me the option to have a new clutch fitted by his own mechanics or would I like to take it to be repaired at the garage that I use. I opted for the latter. Told me to call him once works were carried out' I did and with no questions asked Martin covered the cost of repair, Labour and materials.My experience with Drumgray Vehicles has been outstanding and would highly recommend .Thanks again Martin,John and DanielKindest RegardsJohn Gaffney.

Amazing garage. Just bought a Ford focus Titanium X from them and I couldn't be happier with it. Customer service was great, they done everything smoothly that was needed. The garage put the car through a MOT, which it failed on, but they carried out all the work needing done before I picked it up the following week. Would highly recommend buying a car from this garage.

I purchased a vehicle 2 months ago. The company was very good at first, great at making the sale happen. Once the had my money however, my expierence has been nothing short of dissapointing!I paid extra to get new timing belt and water pump, again the company were fast to take money and get that done. Once i received my car 5 days later, my car starts making a racket. Turns out the aircon pully had broken. I phoned up company as it had ONLY been 5 days.After telling me they wouldnt cover it despite only having the car 5 days they eventually agreed to fix it if i paid for the part which i agreed to.This is where my expierence has been unacceptable. The mechanic (if he even is that) kept on telling me he would call me back" as he is out of office. 5 weeks later my car is booked in
