Just bought a new gaming computer from here and I have to say it is the best purchase I have ever made. Digital Activities turned out an amazing, custom built machine that has met all of my specification points and superseded the vast majority of them, all whilst staying on budget. Service with a smile and a laugh was a guarantee and if there ever was a problem with my machine I know that I wouldn’t be too bothered as it would be a good excuse to go down and have a good chat and a laugh. A great shop that produces top quality work with a great personal touch!

Great service ... my hard disk had 'fried'; I thought it was a total write off but Digital Activities rescued the software (saving me a fortune) & most of the data (the bits that hadn't corrupted entirely).... and all at a very reasonable cost & speed! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent customer service with constant updates.The upgrade of my laptop was done very quickly, especially given COVID (and subsequent quarantine of the laptop).Would definitely use your services again, and given your lower price compared to competitors-I’d give you six stars if I could!

Have been using Digital Activities for many years, which in itself must be a recommendation. Recently took my Lenovo laptop in, as it 'couldn't find networks'. Fault was diagnosed, new drive fitted and machine now runs superbly. They also fixed a wonky hinge and secured the back panel which had lost some screws. Kept me informed throughout. Excellent service.

Fantastic service I received at Digital Activities Otley. I wanted a new PC as my trustee DELL had given up after many years service. I went in and spoke to Simon and Patrick and I told them I wanted a refurbished PC but built to my own specifications.This they did for me and I came away happy :)I wouldn't hesitate, if you need any help and or just advise, then these guys will look after you. I'm not one for leaving feedback, but I feel I need to and I want to after the brilliant service these two gentlemen have given me.Thanks you very much to Simon and Patrick.

Paddy (the owner) is an exceptionally good guy, he fixed my laptop swiftly and did a great job. He was incredibly honest about Apple and how expensive they can be and he ended up saving me a small fortune. I can't recommend this local small business enough. Fantastic.

I have used Digital activties since it first opend in Otley. i bout my first new PC from them back in the 90's when i upgraded my 2nd hand 486! i have bought multiple units from them over the years both new and second hand. never had an issue with their service products. i would highly recommend.

Great place for PC repairs. Excellent and quick service from someone who knows all the technical jargon but can explain it in a way I could understand. All that and at a reasonable price. I heartily recommend them.
