Dr Helmut Martin Kuhnen

The reception staff was incredibly rude and condescending to me and my partner as I am next off kin for him and he's from a different country so doesnt understand the english accent very well. Therefore I tried to speak for him as he asked me and she got annoyed and told me to pass it back to him and then continued on speaking antisocialy to him as well, gave him warnings and didnt let him speak to tell her that he had enough medication for a while so it wasn't urgent but she had none off it and just kept interupting him. This is absolutely shocking! and i'm sure that the doctors are good but to have to talk to someone like this when we're trying to get an appointment isn't good enough.
