Vets One Group (King's Lynn) Ltd

I used to use this vet however I have changed due to he fact they sent threatening letter for payment when I'd settled the bill before leaving on the day of the appointment, claimed on my insurance without my permission and ultimately, after reading about how a dog died whilst in their care in the local paper.

Vets one in downham and kings Lynn have always been extremely professional and caring with my dog. They showed compassion and empathy whilst they had him in for a castration operation, not only calling me with regular updates but always keeping me informed before and after. I can not fault their kind and clever staff, in particular Lucy and Claire

Bought my dog here after he hurt himself they got him back on his feet.Paid my £100 excess and the rest through the insurance all off a sudden started get letters from at debt collection service and phones calls demanding the £100 and there fee on top after lots to and fros and sending a copy of bank statements they miraculously discovered my £100 ! No apology no nothing so avoid if you don’t want deal with stress and worry of debt collectors for money you have paid !

We spent a small fortune with this vets, there policy is money money money absolutely disgusted at the way they operate

❤️❤️❤️ Well Vets 1 Kings Lynn... What can I say?! You are absolutely amazing!! Thank you for such a lovely visit for my puppy's 2nd injection. We were greeted immediately at the door upon entering which was really lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable. You were highly efficient and professional and dealt with us super quickly. The waiting area was immaculate. We were seen by the vet Zoe very very quickly and she was really kind, friendly and caring towards our puppy. She made an effort to interact with him and explained everything that she was doing and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all and the whole experience felt so easy. After the appointment was finished we made another appt to come back for weighing again in two weeks for worming etc which was such an easy process!! Payment was super easy too!! Jake on reception did everything he could to answer a question I had. Vets 1 are amazing and I think Bailey is very lucky to have them as his vets!! Thank you for making our visit so pleasurable!! Can't wait to return and see the team's smiley faces again!! Keep up the good work Vets 1 Kings Lynn!! You are smashing it!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very impressed with the care, attention and professionalism of the vets in treating our cat for teeth removal and the check ups, advising antibiotics. All of the staff are so friendly and the prices are reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Miss Clementine says thank you.

Best vets I have ever used. All the staff are kind and compassionate. They try there very best no matter the situation and at times have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend these guys.

Rang in the morning to get my poorly cat in. Seen on the same day and not pushed to have any tests done just so they got extra money. Very friendly
