Elmbridge Village

Looks like a very tidy place well looked after,nice gardens for the residents

Very well presented community village for older people.Attended a residents birthday party for which the community kitchen/dining room had prepared the food. Presentation and quality was excellent. Delightful hard working staff. supremely clean. Residents appeared very happy. Very impressed.

I cleared a flat here the grounds very clean the people who work here very polite the inside of the building is immaculate from greenleaf house and rubbish clearance

Untill recently as a family , we have only good things to say about Elmbridge retirement village.Unfortunately with recent events, I have to say I am absolutely outraged at the response to my fathers situation.My father is 93 his wife 96 .After a series of falls my dad wife entered hospital, she deteriorated and last week passed away, leaving my father distraught and grief stricken, following her death my father fell ill having contracted the covid 19 virus, and has self isolated.It appears that Elmbridge are concerned that he has an outstanding payment on his meals..... how insensitive is that? After knowing my dad and his wife for 12 years, we are faced not only with the sad loss of his wife, but the reality of losing him too, and all they appear to want is outstanding payments... I find this vulgar, I'm very unhappy that in what is supposed to be a caring environment my father is treated with such disrespect, he is unable to move about , he is unsteady and receives care three times a day from an independent care agency and district nurse.... it would seem Elmbridge are only interested in money.....shame on the Elmbridge management team , for their insensitivity, for not showing compassion and care for a resident, who is in poor health and grieving the loss of his dear wife.It is desperately sad to not be able to be with my father at a time when he need his family most, we have to rely on the wonderful carers who go in each day to help him..... and in our time of grief we have phone calls reminding us dad hasnt paid for his meals!!!!!!! REALLY........

A hidden gem of a village hidden away in beautiful countryside with everything you could possibly want.

Fantastic place, peaceful, serene, immaculate gardens, dignified supported living.

My grandmother lives here and is always singing it's praises.I'm not here nearly as much as I'd like to be, but the fact that she is so we'll lived and looked after here is more than enough for me to be happy.

Brilliant place to live.

Fantastic, was a fitting village for my grandmother for the last 10 years of her life. Brilliant facilities and community still giving independence with a watchful eye and then she moved into Cedar Court care home within the vescinity which cared for her greatly

Looked at this place for mother in law and was very impressed by facilities and staff.Wouldn't mind at all ending up there in later years. Very well kept and lot of clubs and activities.
