Nice workers but you never see them as the hours here continue to be reduced, now to 2 hours/day. Unreasonable hours for a normal working person. The signage can’t even keep up with how frequently the hours change.

Keep putting letters through the wrong letterbox and mark items as delivered when they’re not. I have a camera doorbell which proves it, getting sick of their incompetence.

Although not well signposted, this delivery office is well situated for quick trips by to grab parcels due to user proximity to the centre of town.The staff are very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their opening hours also extend later one night per week, allowing for late pickups if you would otherwise not have the opportunity.

Always closes early and sends parcels back after simply knocking on door. Ridiculous business practise. What's the point of providing your phone number to these fools. Choose any other delivery service. We're in the 21st century and they refuse to call the customer and rather waste everyone else's time. Any other delivery service call the customer. Always leave royal mail to last resort. They also recently changed the opening hours to the most unholy times for people with actual lives to make it. You really are expected to be sat by your door all day and have a car to drive there during the short window they remain open.

There's some serious problem with their service, maybe due to their website problem. Arranged for a reschedule for missed parcel, but did not receive the parcel after 5 days. Tried to call the hotline for multiple DAYS, ringing for >30 mins each try, and finally got through and spoke to a nice staff who told me the reschedule date is not in their system (but I received a confirmation email on the reschedule date). Had to travel down to the outlet to collect but due to covid, the operating hours are so limited (and not updated on their collection card."

They have changed their opening times, and not updated them here. Opens 8am - 10am weekdays, 8am - 12pm Saterday.These new hours are pathetic. How am I supposed to pick up a parcel at these hours?
