He knows so much about flooring and has been so helpful throughout this whole process. Doing flooring for an entire house has been very daunting, but Macer has supported us throughout the whole process with a smile on his face, and has always offered incredibly helpful advice. I can’t fault the service from start to finish. I came in with my disabled mother looking for some blinds. The manager Simone sat down with my mother to help her chose the patterns and got us a cuppa coffee. She kept in contact with us until the blinds arrived. They arrived on the weekend and they look gurt lush, so we have ordered some more blinds with Simone yesterday. The service was more than 5 stars and the blinds are lush.

Amit and Simone were fantastic at helping myself and my wife select some new bespoke cushion covers. Great service, with a smile and excellent to have a Carpetright based within Furniture Village!
