Excellent heavy-ish maintenance, and very happy with repairs done quickly at fair price. Nice to be shown condition of old parts replaced!

Recently had MOT here and they will be running a little late due to previous cars. So we walked over to St Georges retail park and it only took them over an hour for MOT, not bad at all. MOT passed and they advised us to be aware of the rear brakes and pads getting thin and it’s all on the paper. Good and honest service.

I broke drown in my car on Friday as I was travelling from Manchester to Milton Keynes. After braking down I got recovered to Mash Autos, id never visited Mash Autos before but I have nothing but GOOD to say about Mash Autos. Mash himself is honest, trustworthy and a reliable person. Due to it being a bank holiday weekend it was difficult to get the part required for me to continue my journey. I arranged for myself to continue my journey and left my car with Mash. I was informed by Mash that it will be Tuesday when we will know how much and when the part will be available, Mash kept me informed and I was delighted at the service I received from Mash and also Richard for the recovery. After Mash enquired about the part I needed for my BMW X5, he rang and told me it would cost £800 if the part was bought from BMW dealers, he also told me he could get the part from elsewhere and it would cost around half of what BMW are charging. Mash didnt just leave it there, he went above and beyond with his enquiry and found out that the fault that caused my car to brakedown was infact a fault with all BMW X5's like mine and that there was a recall on them. Mash informed me to contact BMW and that they would repaire it for free, so I took his advice and called BMW and they got me booked in and I'm now today having my car repaired at BMW dealers in Leicester FOR FREE all thanks to Mash. Now with me being from Manchester and my car in Leicester at Mash Autos, Mash could have charged me whatever he wanted BUT with him being a HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY person he helped me even get my car recovered to BMW so I could get my car fixed. The price he charged for his work was very reasonable infact I would say it was cheap compared to other garages I've used in the past for less work carried out. I only have good words to say about Mash Autos, l pray that Mash Autos go from strength to strength. Mash is a credit to his garage, if only there were more people like Mash out there. Nice to be writing a positive review! Car diagnosed with an expensive gear box issue from Mash's garage. Having googled it and checked with other garages, Mash came in a lot cheaper than I expected. He repaired the car for me in a timely manner and kept hold of the car for me whilst I was away on holiday. Couldn't have asked for better service or a better experience. A pleasant owner and impeccable service, thank you!
