Jocelyn was very friendly I felt very relaxed .Her work is outstanding , beautiful,amazing a very talented lady . Very excited to see the end result of my wedding outfit and also looking forward to seeing Jocelyn,mine and my son's ideas coming together to create my outfit for my special day .Will recommend Jocelyn without a doubt and I am sure I will be having many more garments made by Jocelyn in the future .Cheryl

Thanks to my best friend (and bridesmaid!) Kate who lives close to Lydney and initially contacted Jocelyn for me, I’m extremely thankful and pleased as Jocelyn is now going to be designing my bridal gown for my wedding in June 2024 .. I’m very excited to be working with her as tbh looking for a dress on the high street was daunting, frustrating and a very negative experience, especially as I’m a curvy lady. Meeting Jocelyn was totally the opposite, in fact by the time we’d finished discussing my requirements we had the ‘she said yes to the dress’ moment even though there is no dress yet!! I didn’t hesitate to pay the deposit.Jocelyn was so welcoming, easy to talk with, simply a breath of fresh air, being inspiring and encouraging you to be unique and also confident about yourself and what you want. She listens and understands your requirements, her experience and passion for what she does really shines through making you feel very happy about her ability, along with your ideas to create the perfect dress for you. She draws your ideas, has an array of fabrics, appliques and colours to choose from, the choice is endless, so you’ll definitely be able to find what you are looking for.Price wise you’d be surprised at the cost for a bespoke dress and how it compares well with typical bridal stores, there is no compromises or alterations to off the peg dresses needed, you will end up with a unique dress, that no one else will have, which fits you perfectly and shows off your own personality, so I really can’t wait to go through this exciting process and eventually try on my dress, where I feel comfortable, confident and look amazing on my big day.Before you settle for a dress elsewhere, I highly recommend you see Jocelyn, do your research, look at all options, it’s not that the high street won’t suit some and they have some beautiful dresses but just don’t rule out looking into having your own designer dress made, thinking it could be too expensive, as that’s not always the case!

Brilliant studio in Lydney town hall. A great experience. Within 1 hour my daughter's prom dress had been drawn up and fabrics selected. Very much looking forward to the finished result.
