Terribly shocking service!!!Engineers are coming for two weeks straight stating they changed the pump twice. The third engineer came now and said the pump has not been changed. they comeempty handed with no plan to fix anything. They are extremely unprofessional and useless.

Extremely unprofessional, we kindly asked the person who came to fit us new radiators if they can wear shoe covers to protect our rugs, he abruptly said NO." We then asked if he can wear bags instead and he was so angry and responded "NO. I'M GOING THEN." - we asked why he was being this way since it's a simple ask and should be met with a respectful response

Shocking service. Spent £3000 on pool parts, 1 part is faulty and doesn’t work, Hayward Salt Chlorinator, sent Mark Wilson photos of parts pre-install and advised box was taped closed and it looked like it had been used, now we have installed and part doesn’t work Mark is telling me the part needs to be tested before exchange and it takes a few days, so no use of pool for probably a week and I have all the contractor costs for removing plus heat exchanger that was ordered last week and not delivered and a whole host of excuses…..what makes it worse is Mark Wilson told me on phone he would arrange for a straight swap this morning and then totally changes his tune….legal recovery of my costs has started….shocking
