So helpful with the car on such short notice on arrival. They put the car straight up on the ramp and fixed it for a lower cost than most places. Also with them bieng open on Saturdays it helps when you work away Monday to Friday and can't get back.

Very nice people and very very helpful. I took my car in for wheel alignment but sadly it could not be done due to how low it was. The people there recommended another company which turned out to be perfect. I also had a chat about rust issues and old cars with them and they advised me of a great rust prevention liquid that they use and even give me a sample. If you are in the area and have any car issues then I highly recommend this company. Keep up the great work

This garage is really bad thay have not fixed my Volvo £882 said it's fixed over the phone and maid payment before seeing the car it runs really bad now smoking missing thay have taken my money and won't do anything to put my car right this went on for 7 weeks the manager didn't call I have been ripped off £882 find somewhere else to go if you like your car and hard earned money

Can not thank Peter and his team enough. Very helpful and the lady at the reception was very helpful and kept me informed all the time. They Picked my car up from Hemsby holiday park fixed the problem (fuel injector needed replacing) washed and cleaned my car and dropped it back to me in hemsby. What a great service thank you very much drive home to Birmingham was lovely.

We have had a terrible experience here. Where do I start. They didn't have a clue! Volvo went in in limp mode. No former problems to indicate anything major. After 2 weeks they said its fixed, then phoned to say no it wasn't. After guessing they believe that it may be a fuel injector, that was fixed. Made me pay £882.064p by bank transfer!! Went to pick up the car 4xweeks later to find it shuddering and blowing out copiousamounts of white smoke Needless to say, my solicitor will be advising

My personal experience with ace service is....... (not good). I know somebody that took a car with a problem there and they found 4 other problems. Once the car was fixed" it was actually sounding worst that how it was before. And it had to pay over 1000 for .. whatever they have done. Me

I wouldn't use these again. It was about a year ago but I'm still upset. I took my car in because of a fault code on the dash. They fleeced me for looking it up on Google and I went away with the same fault code but £80 lighter. They had written what the fault code meant on a scrap of paper. Obviously they don't know what they are doing but they are happy to charge you while pretending to know.

Excellent service from Ace. Had book my car in for a service and MOT through an online company. and Ace was the company they use. Was extremely pleased with the service provided, and honesty from Martin. Checked that I hadn't been over charged with the services extras (that I was expecting). Was kept in formed of the process and would thoroughly recommend. I'll go straight to them in future instead of using the 3rd party company.

Used to be the best in the Yarmouth area, but since the new staff, has really gone down hill, I thought I'd give them another chance recently, why did I waste my time, 3 times I asked for quotes, 3 times, I was told I would get a call later that day, 3 times I never heard anything followed by some form of excuse, can't be bothered with them anymore.Don't waste your time, or if you do get an appointment, don't waste your money
