Waves Hand Car Wash Poole

This is the only place I take my car for a clean. The guys here are so friendly and they do a fabulous job. Rain or shine they are there and always greet you with a smile. I do my shopping in Tesco and leave my car with them and when I get back, if have my hands full with my youngest, they always offer the help me put my shopping in or take my trolley back. They are just lovely. Highly recommend. You rarely get service like this anymore.

I was in Tesco at Tower park on Tuesday, when I came out I noticed that someone had unfortunately hit my car. I went over to Waves car wash where the guys immediately asked if I was alright and put me at ease before even touching my car! They cleaned and polished up the car the best they could! I cannot emphasise enough how impressed I was after they finished with my car and how reassured I felt during the distressing event!!

They’ve worked wonders with my 14 year old car that has been used and abused with dogs, kids, sand, mud… I had the Full Monty and it now looks, smells and feels amazing. Wish I’d thought to take before and after pics! Would definitely recommend. Also worth knowing they do Blue Light Card discount Monday-Wednesday

Never misses a heart beat. Can be very busy. I’ve never had a poor car wash here. Friendly staff. Might pay a little more than most. However this is the first place to clean my alloys correctly and not just the facia of them. Strongly recommend them.

Brijan and his team did an amazing job. Professional work carried out to a very high standard with strong attention to detail. My car went from being dirty inside and out to feeling new in a matter of 10mins. I will definitely be getting my car cleaned here every time from now on! Great value for money, I can assure you won’t be disappointed.

I booked my car in for the full monty today and the gents did an amazing job! They said a few hours and, while it took longer than expected I really can't praise them enough for how great my car looks. It's almost new!! Will definitely be using them again.

Used to be really good but recently have gone down hill and they rush doing your car.I’ve been using them for a while but on last wash, the car was covered in dry soap marks and there were 2 large surface scratches on the bonnet which definitely weren’t there before, and I had to do the car again when I got home and paid to get the scratches removed.Won’t be using them again, I feel they take advantage of regular customers by just a quick ‘splash and dash’, and yes, I do ask for the higher quality wash, and always leave a tip.Was originally going to recommend them for our fleet of company vehicles, but will now look elsewhere.

Always provide amazing service and the results are fab. It’s like stepping into a new car each time, can’t recommend these guys enough!

Just used for the first time. Excellent wash. My white car was practically black from 6 weeks of continuous motorway driving but even with the basic Bronze service, it now looks immaculate. Great job and good customer service too. Highly recommend.
