I have been going to the sauna & lights for a few months now and find it absolutely brilliant. I find such brilliant benefits from them both & will continue to go for the foreseeable. Couldn’t ask for any nicer than Phillip he is so attentive and makes you feel at ease to enjoy a most relaxing time in the sauna he is very knowledgeable all things health. I look forward to going to the sauna in the evenings for complete relaxation, the room and everything is top class.I would highly recommend this service to anyone

Healing Heat for Health
Went to Healing Heat for Health with a muscle injury from football and did 3 sessions of the near infrared light and sauna in 3 days. I felt it sped up the recovery process significantly compared to just resting. Phillip is very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for recovery and supplements. Would definitely recommend to anyone, thanks again Phillip!

A complete success ..my body feels like new. The Infrared sauna Healing health has is amazing. I had issues with pains in my knees ..did three InfraRed Sauna sessions and no pain now. And back to full on gardening.

The infrared sauna was a very unique experience. I really enjoyed the heat, it was intense without being suffocating like in a steam sauna. There was relaxing music playing and beautiful scents in the diffuser making it a complete sensory experience. It was a great way to end a hard workday.

A relaxing haven, cocooned in warmth and rejuvenation! A warm welcome from Philip from minute you book and throughout your experience. I have had 3 consecutive sessions this round and it made such a difference in my recovery already! Great reset for body and to boost the immunity if feeling sluggish…a very special place indeed, deep gratitude for such a service locally.

What an experience - thoroughly enjoyed the amazing private Sauna with soothing sounds and first class friendly service. I did the 30 min session and felt completely revitalised afterward. Philip is an amazing host and so knowledgeable on health matters and the power of infrared heat and red light therapy. .Will go again for sure ..

Would highly recommend a session of Far Infrared sauna heat to detox your body and help you to relax and chill out. The music is something else and I could feel the vibration throughout my body. The PBM light panel is great for the Near Infrared light that we get from the sun. Thanks to Philip and Mari for a lovely experience.
