No Stars. We booked this property via booking.com but when we arrived to collect the keys, the phone number didn't work and apparently they'd left booking.com but didn't cancel our reservation. Completely unprofessional. Don't use.

Visited family over the holiday season and what a jewel! Even a small bottle of prosecco was left along with a welcome basket full of goodies! Super-clean flat, very friendly staff and altogether a great experience
