Very helpful staff every time I go and great place for buying all sorting of building bits and bobs (checking the website is always a good idea).My go to place for bits and bobs though as the customer service is great as mentioned and there is a car park if you need to drive there.

Fantastic builders merchants, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.Although it is quite a small place they seem to stock most stuff that you need. Only getting 4 star because the occasional item is astronomically expensive.

They rather sell you complete unites of stuff you dont need rather than sell you what you actually asked for. Offering no alternatives or assistant when they discover your not Interrested in spending 60 pounds on something that's valued at 2.99 staff was helpfully at first but lost interest

I got sent round the houses by the staff who didn't know where to send me. Got there eventually. They were more friendly this time.Prices weren't very good at all for the items I had. Handy, convenient if you live very close like me.
