Dealing with a muscular injury is difficult but finding someone who not only understands your needs but is respectful and accommodating is amazing. And, Adele is just that.My injury is long standing and, until Adele started treating me, I didn't fully understand my issues. She's treated sciatic issues, muscular-skeletal problems and alleviated pain from persistently tight muscles, allowing me to live my life in relative comfort, whilst waiting for surgical options from the NHS. For me, Adele alleviates the day to day pain exceptionally well and helps when the demands of work exceed my current physical capabilities.Adele has gone far further than typical NHS Physio, allowing me a semblance of normality and reducing pain when life pushes me further than I can deal with using normal NSAIDS, for example.For that, I can't recommend her highly enough. The best sports massage I have had. Adele is lovely and very professional and designs the session to specific needs and areas that need treating.
