The team at Firecom have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish.I initially spoke with Stuart over the phone to discuss what we required and to arrange a date in which he could attend our store for a free site survey. After the survey we were sent quotes for each of the services we required which were the best priced by far!Helen has been fantastic with arranging dates with myself for each service to be conducted at such short notice, as well as keeping me updated as to who will be visiting and at what time so that I could plan staffing with no issues whatsoever.Each member of the team received Fire Training from Stuart, who was very informative, where we learned how to assess and tackle a fire safely.The contractors that performed the services on our systems and appliances were also very helpful and highlighted some small issues we have that, without Firecom's help, we wouldn't known about.I highly recommend Firecom and their services to anyone!
