When reading the menu, all the allergens are listed extremely clearly which is so helpful! I saw the disclaimer at the bottom stating vegan options were available. I decided to call to ask which options were available vegan - basically the whole menu! It was so refreshing to have such varied choice, and the food was absolutely delicious! Definitely my new favourite Indian takeaway! 10/10.

EXCEPTIONAL! Ordered a few times before leaving a review just to ensure it wasn't a fluke, this restaurant delivers high quality, brilliant value and incredible tasting Indian, from side dishes to mains. I happily travel 15miles just to collect as its worth every minute!

First time ordering for delivery to Cirencester recently and it was fantastic. Very reasonably priced and great food. There are some (very few) negative reviews on their website, but many of these were on New Year’s Eve when things were particularly busy, so please don’t let this put you off!Update July 2022 - another excellent meal! Turns out the £17(ish) with an extra naan deal is more than enough for 2. I had it for one last time but it was definitely too much in hindsight.

Very dissatisfied with the level of service provided.We pre-ordered our meal for a an allotted time slot several hours in advance, it went 30 minutes over the allotted time so we called not to complain as we knew they would be busy, but just to check that our order was received as it was an online order through the website, we were greeted with an unhelpful attitude on the phone & were told it would be a further 45 minutes, over an hour passed so we called back and spoke with someone different who questioned if we even placed the order as it couldn’t be found, then miraculously it was in the divers hands & he was on his way & would be a further 20 minutes and would be full price . At this point I cancelled the order but the person on the phone was too busy telling me the driver was about to leave shortly. 30 minutes later the food turned up on our door (22.50), a full 2hrs 20minutes late, I then told the driver (who was very helpful in fairness) that I had cancelled the order on the phone.Furthermore at 12.10am we received a text message informing us that due to being too busy they had cancelled our order. Unbelievable!! We have used Chutney many times before and have always enjoyed it, however with this experience and the attitude of the people on the phone towards us we will certainly be exercising our right to go elsewhere!!!

Oh Chutneys what has happened to you x my last order was terrible, I called to place another order today, yes I got a little bit of discount(due to the problems before) It was far worse than last time. My chicken shaslik starter was cold, and the hardest, chicken, I have ever had. My main, is in the fridge, as it took me so long to chew the starter. Gutted, as you used to be so good. Have you changed your chef??

I shall cover 5 aspects in my review (1). Ordering Online (2). Delivery Service (3) Value of Money (4) Quantity of Food & (5) Quality of Food.I am staying in the hotel around 3 miles, and i ordered couple of things through their website.The website was very friendly, clearly explained the delivery charges etc, in short it was a user friendly system for ordering online. It also gave a count down (of 50 min), expected time of delivery.I left special instructions about my order while ordering, like my room number, contacting reception or calling me etc, the guy who came to deliver it, fully followed the instructions, even waited for me at reception. He was at my hotel in 30 min time (far before the expected time), and was very kind and courteous.I ordered 2 dishes but they delivered me vegetable curry on top (which i didnt order, may be they delivered by mistake or gave it for free on top of my order, not sure).Value of money ! Since they have delivered me an extra dish which i never ordered, and to be honest i was not really interested into, so i shall leave satisfactory note. However if they delivered extra dish by mistake , then they certainly need some improvement in costs.Food quality ! Well it was good (or above average), but certainly it requires some more improvement. But i shall still regard it as above average, but not excellent.I am happy over all, and shall order it again for my remaining nights in this hotel.

Great takeaway, nicely prepared tasty curries. Good size portions - classic chicken Madras, Korma and sides! Little else open for food on a Bank Holiday Monday, so was super happy to find this very friendly place. Would visit again!

Marvellous! Popped in to treat myself and was told they were busy so a 25 minute wait. Absolutely no problem, had a pint in the Old Bear and my food was ready exactly 25 minutes later. Mushroom Balti utterley awesome!
