I have been a customer since 2019, I would not consider going anywhere else. They are a very popular business so I usually book in advance when possible. They are kind, caring and professional, nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the great work!

After reading the last review I was very surprised. I have also been a loyal customer of Bella for many year's and know how busy the shop can get. The reason the shop does get busy is because its so popular.I understand sometimes your appointment can run alittle late but to be honest it worth the wait. If you have a problem or are not happy then Bella would always put things right. I travel from Gedling to go too Bingham Nails.Also the guys in the shop work really hard to make you welcome. I think we can all have favourite nail technicians and if we don't get them it can be disappointing. However don't be put off go and try the service at Bingham Nails for yourself. Bella does the best eyebrow wax in Nottingham love the nail designs to. As for the price increase what do people expect every thing has gone up and I don't for one min think the nail prices are over priced has anyone been to the nail bars in the city?

nails are good but they are so poorly organised. had to leave after waiting an hour to be seen despite having an appointment. last time I was there for 4.5 hours for a manicure and pedicure.No apology etc. unfortunately I don’t have the time to wait around so I’ve had to find somewhere else.

My number 1 go to place for my nails! I don’t trust anyone else to do my acrylics! Bella and the team are absolutely fantastic! Always so friendly and the warmest of welcomes on arrival! Bella always designs my nails and she never fails too impress they are perfect!

I have been at a different nail bar for years and thought I’d try somewhere new. However when I changed my mind about what I wanted doing to my nails PRIOR to them starting (due to how expensive I realised it would be) the man got very rude and started huffing about it and didn’t care about the service he was giving to me thereafter. They weren’t checked and I had to even point out several times what needed doing again. He was very rude, unfriendly & unprofessional. I can see they have mixed reviews online but I guess they pick and choose which customers to give good service too especially if you’re spending a lot of money, but as a first time customer you would expect a more welcoming service. An awful experience & wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent service today, came with out appointment very quick to get my gel nails.Great service from the staff.Would highly recommend.

I've been a loyal customer for over a year but sadly today they lost my business. When I first started coming here, I was always greeted with a smile and Tom always remembered my name. But since he left this location, I've been treated with indifference and as if I'm an inconvenience. Today was the worst, despite having made an appointment I was made to wait behind walk-ins and the young woman that did my nails barely said a word. When I asked to have my nails shortened slightly, she proceeded to sheer them down to the finger tip, never asking if the length was okay or what shape I would like. I had to ask for the brush on builder gel instead of the powder type and was told by Bella that it would be an extra £6 (although it is obviously a much less time consuming process than powder gel). I asked if I could have my toenail gel polish also done, to which the young lady simply replied later". By then both pedicure chairs had been filled with again walk-ins

I have been going to Bingham Nails and Beauty Spa since it opened and they do an amazing job! All the staff are super friendly and happy to help with any requests. Bella and Tom are Great with designs and pattern work. They also check your nail health during visits .I would not go anywhere else !!!! Amazing service all round.
