Deborah Love Celebrant

Well, there’s so much I want to say about our talented, caring friend and Celebrant Deborah Love. I met her for the first time just a couple of days before our Wedding, but she is a dear, long time family friend on my Bride Sharon’s side of the family.The idea of having a Celebrant to compliment our traditional Wedding was thought of between Sharon & Deborah and it was the perfect addition.Deborah gave so much thought to her special day and she was more than that special individual who performed a 30 minute Handfasting Keltic traditional tying of the knot in that sunny day, she was ever present and both our families had the entire day and evening to get to know her.My wife Sharon and I are also very privileged to have our Celebrant confirmation captured on video and will be paying Deborah a visit in her Scottish homeland in a few short weeks, to relive the beautiful, emotional and fun experience with her all over again.Thank you so much Deborah, words cannot express our happiness and gratitude to you, the most perfect Celebrant we could have ever had at our Dream Wedding!

What a fantastic ceremony! Deborah delivered a service that was heartwarming, hilarious and different to any other weddings I've been to. The momento time capsule was such a lovely touch and so unique to the couple. It's clear that Deborah made a good connection with our friends and told their love story through beautiful poetry, antidotes and some well delivered, but not always intentional jokes! We laughed, we cried (happy tears!) and we smiled all the way through. It is clear Deborah enjoyed the ceremony just as much as we did and she is clearly made to be a 'Celebrant of all things wonderful.'

I will never forget the joy of our wedding ceremony. Deborah was fantastic! We were her first wedding and she made us feel so relaxed and prepared every step of the way. It seemed as if she’d been officiating weddings for years. Most weddings I’ve attended the ceremony has been the bit you want to get over with so that the real party can start but ours was without doubt my favourite part of the day. We all laughed so much throughout it took an extra 15 minutes and when we left the beach plateau to trek back through the forest to the meal every face was wearing the biggest smile.Deborah met with us before the big day and learnt about our relationship and really listened to what we wanted for the ceremony. We wanted to keep it light hearted and entertaining with just a light dusting of sop and she absolutely nailed it. She has clearly found her calling and I cannot recommend her enough. Absolute superstar!

Deborah conducted an engagement celebration for us, and she nailed it! Down to earth, funny and completely personal to us- with just the right amount of love-stuff. We can’t wait to have Ms Love marry us next year! Highly recommend. ❤️
