Don’t ever come to here for a surgery on an exotic animal like guinea pigs, both my of my lovely girls died after the surgery. It’s way better to go to a specialist, it’s worth the extra money.

I had an appointment at 18:15 on the 16/6/23 for my Aunty’s poorly 8 year old Jack Russell. The poor dog had not eaten for 3 days, and stopped drinking that day. He had also become immobile too and was clearly very Ill. The vet took his temperature and touched his tummy and said he just had a gastric infection. She gave him a jab and some antibiotics in tablet form.I had informed her that we would not be able to get the tablets into him and asked for them to keep him in and put him on a drip. The vet said no and to take him home and bring him back the following afternoon. In the early hours the dog died.Having spoken to the same vet today she stated in a not too sympathetic way that they couldn’t have taken him in as they were closing at 19:00. We should not have taken him to a 24 hour vet.Not ideal and poor practice for a Vet.

Please consider another vet for the care of you and your pet because this is not the place you want to go. Saskia Klauck, the Practice Manager missed 10-11 of my booked phone call appointments over a span of a week and a half just for her to call me back and not receive a single apology after I had chased her around wanting to know why she was missing all my appointments.I won't be coming here again which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff are so lovely.

Took my kokoni for castration on friday and requested a surgical vest as i have another dog so the cone would not of stopped my other dog licking his wound. I paid £30 extra for this only to be told the small vest wouldn't fit but the one they provided was too big. We was home less than an hour when i caught my boy licking his wound, i took him back to Pudsey where i was given a cone and told i would not be allowed a refund as the vest was now soild. I asked why this was given it was there fault the vest didnt fit. The manager then told me it did and would not issue a refund. The 1st photo is the vest provided by Pudsey and the second, a vest i purchased myself. The 3rd photo is one taken 2mins after putting the vest on for the photos.

Always great with the animals. Not visited for a while but very helpful. Just a routine visit.

Just visited this Vets again because my poor pup was unwell. Now, bare in mind I’ve always lived with dogs in my family home but this is the first time I’ve been fully responsible for one. I love him, we all love our pets. And these Vets4Pets people are absolutely ripping us off and preying on our feelings for our beloved pets/companions. The £42 consultation is what it is. The Vet knew her stuff, took one look at him and had him diagnosed within 6-7 seconds. Fair play. I was out of the examination room within 2 minutes and been thoroughly ripped off at the sales counter, to the tune of £184. When I got home I looked up the items that were prescribed, and to my absolute disgust, and this hurts, I could’ve purchased all the exact same items, in the exact same quantity and the exact same dosage for a meagre £43.94. So why does this company feel it necessary to prey on our emotional attachment to our beloved pets? They charged me £142.23 for medication that can be bought independently for £43.94!? Who do they think they are? Now granted I’m sure there are medications for animals that aren’t so readily available and possibly require some form of authorisation from a governing body. But please, go see the Vet, get the piece of paper from them detailing what your pet needs and then just order it online for, in my case, £99 less. They are taking advantage of our love and affection for our companions, and that is disgusting.

Would highly recommend vets for pets Pudsey. Our bulldog has had numerous visits for an ongoing problem, they have been supportive and consistent with their approach. When she went in for her operation yesterday, they were comforting and reassured us about it. They have been nothing but amazing for us this past year. We couldn't thank them enough for their support especially Saskia and Naomi. Thank you for looking after Missy and loving her like your own. As a family we are grateful to have such caring vets looking after our dog.

They mainly are just for the money. One time I was there and one poor dog was crying so loud... The reply was that he just woke up from one surgery and didn't feel happy". How it sounded that poor dog was in a lot of pain. Last check up for my cat I showed concerns about some skin problems and the vet said is just a reaction to the flee solution didn't even investigate more....no advice
