Staff is so helpful

Poor service by the staff in this hub, kept waiting for nearly an hour just to hand keys in for a garage I used to rent from WDH. I wouldn't have minded if it was something I really needed to sit down with them for, but an hour just to hand the keys over?

Very helpful however some of the staff could do with being slightly more cheerful.

DEAR HUB PLEASE CAN YOU EXPLAIN AM TENANT OF WDH IN RECEIPT OF PASPORTED BENEFIT WHICH AM ENTITLED TO MAXIMUM HOUSING BENEFIT SUPPORT NET RENT £0,00 AND A WDH DEBT OFFICER TIM SPEARS TAKES CAN TAKE YOU TO COUNTY COURT FOR ARREARS OF £773,70 FOR MORTGAGE ARREARS AND TELL THE DISTRICT JUDGE THAT HE,S MY LANDLORD AND MORTGAGE LENDER ALSO TIM SPEARS SENT A NOTICE OF EVICTION WITHOUT JUST CAUSE TO EVICT THE POSSESSION ORDER AND THE NOTICE OF EVICTION NOTICE WAS NOT ISSUED BY WDH LEGAL TEAM ON 22/APRIL/2016 PAID JIM DICKINSON £763,54 AT HUB OFFICE TO STOP A UNLAWFUL EVICTION NOTICE

That's how the parking at greenwood house looks like most of the time. Even leaving the parking area is really obstructed.Most of the time when I am coming from work there's not a single free parking space. Spoke with neighbours and everyone is unhappy. It has been complained many times and wdh says that we have to get used to it, due to living in the town centre. Maybe 50 years ago when the blocks were built this little parking was enough, but the time goes on and more people getting own transport.

Very helpful and informative knowledgeable staff in a friendly atmosphere.

Been the victim of constant harassment and false accusations of anti social behaviour for severe years now .wdh do nothing to stop it

Ive been on the choice based lettings since before it even came out and they’ve had all the proof of my circumstances yet they don’t acknowledge anything and it just seems that I’m just on a choice based letting a to be victimised,discriminated,intimidated and for false allegations made against me yet they don’t give answers as to why they find theirAttitude towards people acceptable they turn it around and try and make out it’s the other persons fault . I’ve eveidence of every single thing to prove that WDH have treated me in this way and one way or other I will have them for the unfair treatment .recordings don’t lie and neither does paperwork received from WDH ! Anybody that wants rehousing make sure your face fits before you apply because if not you’ll be victimised !

Brilliant works department called out on Friday 7:15pm no problem.
