Booked for lifetime event for us for 50 people, when visited 1 hour before staff surprised that they have booked and not sure what supposed do, complete set up has changed last minute,Until 8:30 pm no starter was served not even for kids until it's been requested and literally begging for it.Did not service all the agreed menu plan and starters, out of 50 people not even served dessert for 1 person,The guest was disappointed and left the venue without dinner mealsHighly dissatisfied with the whole experience, no value in the money spent on a memorable event,Made mistakes booking the event there and has been told this is what they serve and we have never been visited the restaurant ever before.What a joke

Excellent place to enjoy Indian food. We were looking for a nice place to try Indian food during our recent visit to heston and we found Passage to India. It's has a nice ambiance and a perfect place to eat. We tried varieties of food, and each dish was good, The boy at was super nice and helpful, he provided us ambience as family environment, i would like to thank mr. Tushar and all his team for his excellent service.

Terrible experience. The food was alright but the service was terrible. The lady serving us was on her phone the entire time with her volume on max. When she approached us to take the order, she was on call with the on loud speaker. I don’t think this is the kind of professionalism the customers expect when they visit a restaurant. Thank you, hope there’s an improvement in the future.

children running up and down and getting into our personal space. I totally understand that it's for parents to mind their children but for the restaurant to allow running in the venue is not ideal or practical for many reasons, We ordered vegetarian. Starters, the channa and Puri were average. Chilli paneer and Aloo Tikki, bland. Our mains were better- Of course this is personal Preference. Lots of food left over, we didn't take any away. Service, what service!? Terrible and extremely slow!!! We had almost finished our starters before my glass of red wine arrived which was only after we had to remind the waitress. We waited far too long for the mains. It wasn't expensive, £20 per head on average, so I guess you get what you pay for. Despite the poor service, food was not amazing for us to consider returning.

This is best restaurant in the area. They have great food, ambiance and staff. We had a birthday party last week and everything was awesome. We all loved food and specially I would like to thanks Tushar (Manager) of restaurant. His management was 10/10. Thanks guys for everything see you again.
