I first started this kitchen design from Hong Kong after meeting Emma very briefly in Winchester. She assured me at the time that we could deal with the design by email and she was totally true to her word. Despite time pressures and unexpected issues arising Emma was completely cool headed, taking each issue and handling it professionally. We are delighted with the kitchen and have nothing but good things to say about Emma and her fitter Phil. Both lovely people to deal with and both take pride in their work - their aim is to leave a client happy with the end product and with us they certainly achieved that aim. Thank you!

We had a really good experience with Kitchen Warehouse from design to execution. Emma was very hands on and responsive throughout the process and supported with instructing builders on electric and plumbing requirements pre-installation. Alex fitted the kitchen very quickly and at a high standard. We are very pleased with the end result.

Emma is an incredibly knowledgeable kitchen designer and her experience shone through when helping us with our new kitchen. Her suggestions were spot on and helped us create a fantastic kitchen to our budget. We recently sold the house and the feedback was that the kitchen made the sale. We will be going back for a kitchen in our new house!

I had designed my kitchen following building work to widen and lengthen my old one and I chose the Kitchen Warehouse because I was told that Emma (at the Winchester branch) would help project manage the process.Despite issues with the Masterclass cabinets I had selected, Emma (along with my carpenter) helped resolve them.The kitchen has turned out exactly as I wanted.Janet

Emma was a delight to work with on the design of a replacement kitchen for a rental property. She made good suggestions given the brief, provided prompt quotes and drawings and was always happy to discuss ideas. I was very pleased with the finished kitchen, and am impressed with the quality - having rented the house out for two years since the kitchen was fitted it still looks like new.

We were looking for good quality kitchen units with real wood doors. Kelvin introduced us to the Masterclass range and after many design meetings we got a great kitchen. Throughout this Kelvin was always very helpful and responsive which made the process smooth and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble. There were a few snags, as you might expect, which Kelvin resolved without drama. Kelvin also recommended a kitchen fitter, someone he had worked with on other projects, who did a great job for us. Very pleased.

I have been into the store twice to discuss the Masterclass kitchen design with Emma. I've also sent her our architect's plans and measurements. For 2 months now, despite my emailing and leaving phone messages, no one has got back to me. I assume they don't want to sell us a kitchen.

After having checked the usual big suppliers it was a breath of fresh air to walk into the show room. The furniture was top quality. Emma was attentive and came up with ideas which added to the design. The delivery was on time. The fitter was able to get timely response to any questions. I was dreading having my kitchen done. With masterclass Emma and the kitchen fitter it was a dream.

Emma at Kitchen Warehouse provided an excellent end to end service, starting with consultancy, which helped us to define our requirements and the best design and solution for our new kitchen. We had a blank canvas with our kitchen extension and Emma gave us great advice along with interesting and innovative ideas. Emma encouraged us to consider new solutions, think about the best use of space and to consider different options. Timelines were communicated well and the project was delivered on time, and installed by Phil - a very friendly and experienced kitten fitter who works alongside Emma. The service was excellent from start to finish and we are very pleased with the modern, clean lines and bespoke elements we were able to incorporate in our kitchen. Thanks Emma (and also Phil).
