Hector and Co. Dog Walking

I contacted hector & co last month to arrange solo walks for my 6 month old puppy. They came out to meet myself and my puppy (taking time out of work to do this) and I was led to believe that everything was going to go ahead. I was giving the pack to fill in for when the walks do happen, letting her know all the ins and outs about my puppy’s needs. Not to forget, letting them into our home. The lady seemed keen to take my puppy on the walks and seemed to really like him which was lovely to see. However , the lady said she would be in touch on the Friday to arrange future walks. The Friday came and I never heard anything. 3 weeks had past and I thought to message hector and co to get the ball rolling. Which to my surprise I had a message back to say that the availability for solo walks had now changed and they have realised that they are unable to meet my puppy’s needs! I just felt that they had no genuine intention to book my puppy in after meeting him and I felt like they could of reached out to me to tell me this after coming round rather than making me believe after meeting us both that it would be going ahead.Feel totally let down by this company and the communication is terrible.

I don’t think there is anything remotely negative about the service which Hector & Co provides. My dog absolutely loves Christina (our dog walker) and she is a huge part of his family. People often ask how we feel about letting a stranger into our home when we’re not in, I always tell them that Christiana is one of the most reliable and kind people I have ever met. She has a heart of gold and treats the dogs like they are her own. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which can always be called upon and is 100% reliable. If you’re looking for a high standard of dog walking and care I suggest you look no where else but Hector & Co.

I can’t recommend Hector&Co enough. Aunty Christina has worked with Jed for a fair few years now and I can only say brilliant things about her. Jed loves his walks. They’re always packed with activity - physical and mental which keeps Jed busy.Jed can be reactive to certain triggers and it’s been great to see how Christina has worked with him to overcome these.If you want a knowledgeable, caring and fantastic dog Walker - look no further than Hector & Co.
