Came in today and ate in. Food was quick and piping hot! Everything was perfect. Staff were lovely as well and the restaurant was clean and stocked with any condiments! Thanks for the lovely visit!

I think the picture speaks for itself. This is what my flaming wrap looked like as soon as I opened it. The tortilla looked old and crispy and wasn’t even wrapped and placed in a card sleeve. Disgraceful way to present food. Customer service is non existent.

I phoned kfc Longbridge on 3rd August @1300 as I had a previous issue, the new manager admitted their staff was at fault by not logging my complaint in the book ,so I asked the manager if he can honour what was promised, considering he admitted their staff made an error, and he refused me ,and told me he cannot do anything also refused to give me his name ,I'm a manager myself and a managers role is to go above and beyond for customers, unfortunately, I had to go way past his pay grade, my advice from his superiors was he needs to be re trained. I will not be going back while until I'm sure the manager is retrained as he did not have a clue about customer service

Awful KFC. Staff rude slow and unhelpful. Food was poor. Really disappointing meal for the family. Hardly any coating on the boneless fillets, cold chips which they Hardly fill up the packet, Hardly any bbq sauce on the kansas bites and from my 6 piece bucket I got 6 poxy legs. Rang up to complain and pretty much got laughed at. Never again! Oh and so many delivery drivers collecting food that I could barely get inside or to the till.

Utterly awful service clearly ran out of most of the menu but if you think 5 fries is suitable for a portion then you are greatly mistaken! KFC maybe employ some people with common sense!?!?!

Staff is extremely rude (Gabriella in specific). To begin with started picking a fight with delivery driver tell him don’t you talk to me like that etc etc “I’ll knock you out”. All the driver said was order xxxx ready?When it was my turn I asked to swapped fries to other sides. She rolled her eyes and went urgh can’t you just have it like everyone else why you making changes.As the paying party I feel I am well entitled to change anything I would like especially if I am being charged for it
